Although the 2.3 Guide is still valid as a reference for Blender, it is not going to reprint anymore. Instead a pdf is made available now. This downloadable pdf is identical to what was used to print the books.

The CDROM (also downloadable) contains example files and python scripts, image galleries and movies, and all the files needed for the tutorials.
